Donor Link Platform

Traditional charities often suffer from a 'trust deficit' due to a lack of transparency, discouraging potential donors. Our group project was initiated to solve this by using a public blockchain to make every donation fully traceable.

As the non-coding Project Lead, my role was to define the product vision and guide the technical and design strategy. I researched and selected Solana for its high speed and low fees, making it ideal for micro-donations. I then architected the core feature set for our MVP, including a user-friendly charity creation flow, a transparent donation history with direct links to the block explorer, and a gamified leaderboard to drive engagement. The platform is live at donor-link.kecil.dev.

The result is a live, functional platform that successfully addresses the core problem of trust. This project was a powerful lesson in leadership, teaching me how to translate a complex vision into an actionable plan, make critical technology decisions, and guide a team to a successful launch.
